Here’s how to participate and enter to win:

1. Follow Us on Social Media:
   Start by following both @MIPAD100 and @UnitedAirlines on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is your first ticket to the contest!
2. Comment with Impact:
   On the official collaboration post, share your thoughts on “How recognition of global excellence can inspire the next generation of leaders.” Make it heartfelt and meaningful—show us why you deserve to win! For a bonus entry, mention your favorite episode of our VIP Podcast and how it resonated with you.
3. Spread the Word:
   Share the collaboration post on your story or feed and tag both @MIPAD100 and @UnitedAirlines. The more you share, the better your chances. Encourage your network to like your comment—every like counts!
4. Boost Your Chances:
   The comment with the highest number of likes will win the air ticket to New York! But remember, you must complete all steps to qualify—missing even one will result in disqualification.
